EOFY Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

Customers who purchase MetroCount traffic counter units during the promotional period are eligible to receive additional benefits as follows:

• Buy 1 Unit → Receive 6 months of ATLYST Intro (valued at $570 AUD)
• Buy 2 Units → Receive 6 months of ATLYST Micro (valued at $1,770 AUD)
• Buy 3 Units → Receive a 4th Traffic Counter Unit FREE, plus 6 months of ATLYST Micro (valued at $1,770 AUD)
   

2. Promotional Period

• This offer is valid for purchases made between 1 May 2025 and 30 June 2025 (inclusive).
• Purchase date is defined as the invoice date.
   

3. Eligibility

• Offer applies to new purchases of MetroCount traffic counter hardware only.
• Offer is available to commercial, government, and institutional customers.
• Not valid in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers unless stated otherwise.
• While stocks last.
   

4. ATLYST Access

• The 6-month complimentary ATLYST subscription begins from the invoice date.
• Access level is determined by the number of traffic counter units purchased, as outlined in section 1.
• ATLYST Pro access and API integrations are not included in this promotion unless purchased separately.
• After the complimentary period, standard ATLYST pricing applies unless renewed.
   

5. Free Hardware Offer

• The Buy 3, Get the 4th Free applies exclusively to the same model of MetroCount traffic counter unit purchased.
• The 4th unit will be of equal or lesser value than the units purchased.
• The free traffic counter unit will be included in the same shipment or delivered shortly thereafter.
• No cash alternative or credit will be offered in place of the free unit.
   

6. Payment Terms and Invoicing

• Standard MetroCount payment terms apply.
• Invoices must be paid in full to activate ATLYST access and fulfil hardware delivery.
   

7. General

• MetroCount reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
• All prices quoted are in AUD and exclude GST and shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
