The MetroCount Product Support (MCPS) scheme entitles Subscribers to submit queries directly to MetroCount Head Office.
As an MCPS subscriber may submit their queries to MetroCount Head Office by using one of the following methods:

Note: All MCPS queries must be accompanied by your current MCPS Authorisation Code.

Hardware
MetroCount hardware difficulties not covered by your Operating and Reference Manual or Roadside Unit Operator Guide should be referred to your MetroCount Seller. They will either resolve the problem directly or refer the matter to MetroCount Head Office.
MetroCount Sellers are provided with spare units that may be used as replacements.
If you need to send your MetroCount hardware to your MetroCount Seller, you must cover freight and any other charges not covered by warranty.
Software
MetroCount software queries not covered by your Operating and Reference Manual or Roadside Unit Operator Guide should be referred to your MetroCount Seller. Your MetroCount Seller will answer your query directly or refer it to MetroCount Head Office.
Where your MetroCount Seller is not known, or your MetroCount unit was purchased directly from MetroCount Head Office, you should refer your query to MetroCount Head Office using one of the following methods:
