quotation for the supply of MetroCount equipment to the
Swedish National Road Administration (Vagverket Trafikdata)
has been accepted under the recent EU Tender Contract AL
80 B 2002:816 for up to 1200 items of "Traffic Analysis
Equipment". We are extremely pleased to have the MetroCount
Model 5600 selected for supply, and look forward to an
on-going relationship with the SNRA. |
Turkish
General Directorate of Highways - Contract 02-812-1

MetroCount
has been awarded the contract to supply over 700 items
to the Turkish General Directorate of Highways for "Portable
Automatic Traffic Counting and Classifying Equipment".
We are very pleased to be developing solutions for Turkey
for their traffic monitoring requirements. |

New
York State Department of Transport BA-081

June 2001
 MetroCount
is very pleased to announce that we have won the New
York State Department of Transport Bid BA-081, for
the supply of 400 Two Tube Traffic Recorders.
The
MetroCount 5600 has been selected ahead of seven other manufacturers
after passing the extremely stringent environmental and accuracy
tests performed by NYSDOT.
The
success of this contract, and other recent large US purchases,
confirms the emerging presence of the MetroCount Vehicle
Classifier System in the North American market. |
